Andrea Chase is an accomplished education professional with over 18 years of experience, beginning her career as a classroom teacher and later transitioning into campus administration. She spent six years in the classroom, inspiring a love of learning and helping students achieve their fullest potential. Building on her success as an educator, Mrs. Chase moved into campus administration, where she has spent the past 12 years honing her leadership skills and advocating for student success. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment underscores her dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of students and educators.
Mrs. Chase is passionate about empowering teachers and improving instructional practices. She believes that every child has the capacity for greatness and is devoted to helping students reach their true potential. Her leadership style is rooted in her core values of integrity, respect, empathy, equity, and humility. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and collaborative school environment where teamwork and building capacity in others are paramount. She values empowering staff, recognizing that their growth directly impacts student success. Excited about joining East Central ISD as the principal of Heritage Middle School, she looks forward to working with the entire community to continue the tradition of excellence.
